The workshop will center on the True Cost Accounting (TCA) approach, using apple production as a concrete case to explore how hidden environmental and social costs of food can be identified and calculated. It will bring together experts, policy makers, students, education and business practitioners through dynamic co-creation activities, will examine how consumer behavior, policy and sustainability interests intersect in shaping the future of our food systems. 🌱🍎
